Payments are taken through Stripe in British Pounds Sterling . As soon as your order is received, it comes straight to me personally, and I will pack and send to you.

All payments are processed securely by a third-party payment provider, and are protected by encryption. Should you return any of your order and are due a refund, we will refund the value of your order via the payment method you originally used.

(You will also receive an email and you can repy to that to contact me directly, should there be any problems)

I make all my art myself, using acrylics and sometimes markers on various surfaces- card, hardboard, canvas boards, or watercolour paper. Each piece can take days to make, and note that they vary in size, and it costs me the initial postage costs to refund a piece (and you are liable to pay postage to return it to me) so please, please check the dimensions before purchasing!

The nature of original art is messy not like an immaculate art print - after all, this is what makes them unique. I have tried to show as accurately as possible the colours and textures on each piece but of course things do feel slightly different in real life. due to slight variation between browsers, devices and screen settings.

If for any reason you wish to return it, you have 14 days to contact me by email and request a refund.

Once a return has been agreed, you are responsible for packing and arranging return delivery using the same service it was sent to you. Once the artwork has been safely returned I will refund your payment within 14 days*.
(*Please note you will not be refunded for the postage cost back to me)

Should your package arrive damaged (I pack them well so hopefully not) please contact me within 7 days of receipt with a photograph and I will arrange a refund for you. Likewise if an item goes missing a refund will also be issued.

I have made shipping free for all paintings (I currently ONLY ship within the UK. I personally pack and then post using 'Royal Mail Tracked 48 ' Recorded delivery (so we can keep tabs on it) You should receive your artwork within 4-7 working days.
